Welcome to Cinnamon Sea Girl, an online space for modern witches old and new who are interested in exploring ways to inspire their craft and practice practical magic daily to improve physical and mental wellness, foster self-expression and move closer to alignment with source.
The name Cinnamon Sea Girl was inspired by a magical story my grandmother used to tell me as a child to calm me at night. I have always been very sensitive and never much fond of the dark. The sound of her voice lulling me to sleep with this story would transport me and taught me about the magic that can be found in our connection with nature and the limitless potential we each possess through the power of intention.
My grandmother’s story and her love for me is one of the main reasons I had the courage to share my voice and start this blog. She is a person who has always encouraged laughter, free expression and respect for the earth – and I am so grateful to her for instilling this in me. I am opening this space to create a safe container to explore, digest and review media, products and daily practices related to the art witchcraft. I invite you to join me on this experiential learning journey and allow it to inspire and guide yourself closer into alignment with your own practice. Through this creative process I hope to shake off the cobwebs and re-awaken and un-earth magic of my own that has long since been buried and has been beckoning to come forth.
